Home made bread
In Sardinia there is a rich variety of bread baked for several occasions, with different shapes and flavours. Bread is a must have in our tables. During this course, you will be baking two types of bread yourselves: su civraxeddu and su coccoi. Valentina and Renato will accompany you from the dough’s preparation until the baking of the bread in a traditional wood oven. Valentina’s father, expert baker, will follow you step by step during this experience. Freshly baked bread will be tasted along with Sardinian traditional cold cuts and cheese.
